You may decide to have your eggs poached. To do so, boil water in a kettle, and add it to a wide pan, on medium heat. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and watch it dispense. This will be very cathartic for your day to see. Finally, crack each beautiful organic egg into a glass and with one fluid gesture drop each one into the boiling water from anywhere from three to five minutes, depending on how runny you like your egg yolk. I like my egg yolk slightly hard on the outside, runny like paint on the inside. Feel the pure force of protein exploding through your starving artist’s body as you eat them in a small baguette with burnt rashers of chestnut smoked bacon. Food should be a pleasure. A privilege.
